2008 Idaho Joint Training Workouts

In order to provide ongoing consistent development of judoka throughout the region, several key organizations in association with the United States Judo Federation, have created various joint training workouts. Those judoka and instructors that are interested in participating should review the following information and the associated pdf documents. Completion of the necessary forms, registration, and proof of valid/current USJF, USJA, or USA Judo membership is required.

Additionally judoka and instructors are encouraged to enroll in the Yahoo! Groups e-mail distribution list in order to enhance communication regarding local judo events and news by sending an e-mail to regionaljudo-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
